2026 Duplin County Expungement Clinic Application
The Shepherds of the Community partnered with the Blanchard Community Law Clinic at Campbell Law School for a FREE Expungement Clinic in Onslow County during October 2021. During that clinic approximately 70-75 people were helped.
This year (2023) we are partnering with DA Ernie Lee, Sampson County Clerk of Court, James Sprunt Community College Paralegals, and Coastal Carolina Community College Paralegals. The clinic is by appointment only. The application will be available from May 8, 2023 -June 5, 2023. (APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO Sunday JUNE 18, 2023!)
Space is limited.
Be sure to return all calls or emails from the Review Board to ensure that you can be served. No attorney-client relationship will exist between you and the Review Board until you come to the expunction clinic and sign a representation agreement.
